I am a proven biologist and product leader who drives new application and product development, sales and support using scientific knowledge, key opinion leader insight, process improvement and project management. I am passionate about developing new methods and tools to enable customers to solve complex problems in their research and development processes.

I am recognized as a team builder and collaborative problem solver who uses positive communications and responsible decision making to lead and influence teams. As such I have managed projects with global partners, including customers and vendor companies, and with internal teams, such as assay service groups and cross-organization product development teams.

Most recently I have focused on global product management and project leadership for drug discovery and life science research instrumentation and reagents. I bring this experience along with my strong background as a discovery and development scientist to a product leadership position with a hands-on approach, working directly with customers to understand critical needs and translating these into product and marketing strategies.
